Our pediatric tongue-tie dentist in Okemos, MI, encourages you to review our financing and insurance information before your child’s first visit with us. Our pediatric dental office is proud to serve the Greater Lansing area and would be more than happy to assist you if you have any questions.

Insurance 

We always recommend that you call your medical (and/or dental) insurance prior to your visit so you will know in advance if treatment will be covered. Unfortunately, we are unable to call on our patients’ behalf, and every insurance company is different.

Even different policies within the same insurance network can vary widely as to what is covered and what isn’t. So the best way to be prepared for what treatment may cost out of pocket is to call your insurance company directly (be sure to let them know Dr. Ramaswami, at the Michigan Tongue-Tie & Airway Center, is an out-of-network provider).

If you choose to have the procedure done with us, we will provide you the medical necessity letter and the medical insurance claim form all filled out for you to file with your medical insurance if you choose to pursue reimbursement.

Payment

Payment is expected at the time of service. We have financial options available via Cherry and CareCredit®.
